Dogpatch meets Facebook Connect
On Thursday night, we were lucky enough to present at the Facebook Connect event that Dogpatch Labs and Polaris hosted.  It really was a great event…   despite the power in Pier 38 failing 5 minutes before presenters were to go on stage.
But without missing a beat Ryan & Mike from Polaris called around and within 10 minutes had organized a new conference room close by, and buses to take everyone there.
To say I was impressed at how they organized plan B is a big understatement. Great resourcefulness… and a huge congratulations to both of them for an excellent event.

Art Chang has a great re-cap and photo here:

And Mike and Ryan both wrote up great recaps here:
Three Takeaways from the Dogpatch Labs / Facebook Connect Event
When the Whole Web is a Facebook Fan Page

Finally,  a big thank you to @hnshah from KISSMetrics who gave us some stellar advice on optimizing our use of Facebook Connect.  I’ll post the presentation we gave in a little bit…
